Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great access to the pool and pool bar. Tiffany is excellent to work with on reservations, and the onsite staff is helpful and quick. Check-in is always quick and friendly. We haven't needed any help during the stay, but the staff provides plenty of ways to get in touch and constantly monitors emails for fast response. Sunset Cove was amazing with littles. I didn't have to worry about them floating off to sea. We had a middle condo on the beach and our kids would rush to the water every morning while we sipped coffee on the back porch. We bought snorkel gear at the nearby dive shop so the kids could practice at the Cove. The kids loved the Cayman Turtle Center. A rental car is a must with kids. We used Andy's. I walked .3 miles from the condo and easily booked a car without a reservation. Grocery shopping was fun! Swim up bar/food was convenient. Kids loved the pool! We ended most of our days at the pool. The unit was very well equipped ! It was updated and clean. The mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked! Condo was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and make drinks. Love Sunset Cove, everyone is very helpful, the grounds are always pristine and well kept, the pool & Jacuzzi are kept clean. We have stayed here before and will be back again. The location to town and restaurants are very convenient. Also a plus is plenty of free parking. Making reservations to this facility is very convenient, and the onsite office staff is very helpful. We loved our ground floor oceanfront unit! It is just steps from the beach and the ocean! It is very comfortable and we enjoy the fact it has 2 king beds. I really enjoy working with Tiffany. We have stayed in this unit twice now. It is probably our favority unit. Great location. It's right by the pool & swim up bar. The swim up bar has great drinks and great food. The staff is amazing. We have stayed at Sunset Cove several times, the property is always very clean. The beach is spectacular and the swimming pool with the swim up bar is the best pool on the island. The people working at the bar/restaurant are very nice and the food is delicious. I cannot wait to plan my next trip. I am a customer for life. Also a lot of options close by for eating and shopping. Short walk to Camana Bay and George Town. The manager was very personable. The check-in process was very easy, we didn't have to have any maintenance work done because the property was in great shape. We loved our stay in this unit! The location cannot be beat! We were able to walk out the door and swim and snorkel every day. The sunsets are just beautiful. Love Sunset Cove! Best condominium complex on the beach! Ocean front condos are steps from the beach. No other condo complex on Seven Mile Beach offers this. Plus, there are two pools, and two restaurants/bars that you have access to. Love the cove too. Snorkeling from the resort is very good. Highly recommend this condo resort! Only a short 15 minute walk to Kirk's grocery store. Liquor store and other amenities nearby. You are just steps away from the hustle and bustle of 7 Mile Beach, but you can still enjoy peace and quiet on the beach just outside the condo. There is a great area for little ones to swim too! Our oceanfront unit was in fabulous condition. Very nicely decorated. Very clean. Spectacular views from condo. I could spend the rest of my life snorkeling on the reef just off shore, and 7-mile beach is a great walk every morning with a cup of coffee and friends. Oh ya, and the people and diving were spectacular! I worked with Tiffany setting up the reservations and she did a fantastic job. There were no surprises. I almost never give all "5's", but this time, I have to! The check in process took seconds. You cannot beat this view, beach and pool for the price. Even the blender worked great! Our oceanfront unit was literally steps from the beach with beach toys, floats and gear in the unit for use. The beds were even very comfortable. I cannot wait to return. Absolutely fantastic trip! Actually like that it's slightly disconnected from the hotels up on the rest of 7 mile beach. Your best kept secret is the reef about 200 yards out from the cove. It was incredible. Units are well furnished, clean and well taken care of. Dealing with the reservation folks has always been an easy experience. Very friendly and accommodating. They represent the property well. Our two units were absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the beachfront property and patio! Thank you for accommodating us. The condos are centrally located and the snorkeling was one of our many highlights. We loved that the beach was private. I had many questions and Tiffany responded to them all. It was a pleasure working with her. I cannot commend/say enough about the staff. I thought Debbie was a sweetheart. She was friendly and answered all our questions. When you compare the cost to what we have paid in the past to stay in Grand Cayman it was a great value. To hear the waves and watch the sunset from the lanai, it doesn't get any better. The condo was well maintained. Location was great. Everyone on the phone in Iowa was helpful, patient & very knowledgeable. The property is very well managed. I was provided with a lot of information all of it useful & accurate. My overall experience was positive. All Cayman onsite help was friendly & helpful. Debbie is great & accommodating. I wanted to say in my own words how much we enjoyed this trip!! For my kids to say that the vacation was "awesome" just validates our story. I could not have asked for better service from Tiffany or Debbie and everybody we met on the Island. It was definitely the best vacation we have ever experienced and will, without a doubt, be returning - hopefully as soon as next summer. We, as well as our friends that joined us, were very pleased with TIC in all aspects. The accommodations were excellent, the grounds were clean and picturesque, and the atmosphere was family-friendly - even with the swim-up bar. And there was usually a security person around to keep things under control, which was a nice touch. Since returning, I have recommended the Condo/Island to just about everybody I meet that will listen to what I have to say about the trip. We feel that the slightly higher prices on the Island are a fair trade for the safety, beauty, and hospitality that we experienced from beginning to end!!!
