A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to a 50% deposit of the total amount due. Full payment must be received thirty (30) days prior to your arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals) or will be subject to cancellation. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s rentals), full payment is due immediately. Additional fees, restrictions and terms may apply on Christmas/New Year’s holiday rentals. Deposit policies, terms and fees vary for Group rentals, Monthly rentals and Holiday Group rentals. CANCELLATION POLICIES :
Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee or a 5% fee, whichever amount is greater. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded. An exception is for Christmas/New Year's reservations (rentals that include any days between December 19 and January 5) which must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund less the cancellation fee of $100 or the 5%. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
